- Refund Time
Customers can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Refund requests after this time will not be accepted. - Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must meet the following requirements:
The product must be in unused condition and include all original packaging, tags and accessories.
The product must not show any signs of human damage or use.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

Customer service will verify your request and provide a return address and further instructions.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment and may be delayed due to bank processing time.
- Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item, please specify this in your refund request. We will arrange an exchange for you based on stock availability. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. - Special Items
